Janice Wilson, Esq., an American national, founded Arjuni International, Ltd. in February 2009. Following a successful international career in dance, Janice Wilson graduated from Columbia University School of Law. Having significant transactional and managerial skill sets in corporate and not-for-profit arenas, Ms. Wilson offers 14 years of experience within the real estate, corporate and tourism industries. In addition to leading the management team, Ms. Wilson manages the Operations, Finance and Legal responsibilities.

Joining Ms. Wilson on the management team is Sambath Chhay. Mr. Chhay is a Cambodian national and has six years of experience in the tourism, restaurant and beauty industries. Previously, he owned and operated New Sun studio, a successful beauty salon that served a Khmer clientele. Mr. Chhay manages the Collection and Government Relations responsibilities and has an opportunity to earn an ownership stake via employee incentives.

Also part of the management team are Teiry Chhan, Srei Pech Oun and Emm Thong, each a Cambodian national. Teiry Chhan brings four years of management experience from a garment factory in Phnom Penh. Her responsibilities included sorting and inspecting clothing prior to export. Srei Pech Oun is a highly skilled sewer and teacher with 12 years of experience. She previously worked within a specialized garment factory, catering to the hotel and restaurant industries. Emm Thong earned seven years of experience from a local construction company, having managed a janitorial team responsible for site clean up. Teiry Chhan manages the Sorting department, Srei Pech Oun manages the Fabrication department and Emm Thong manages the Sanitization department.
