Select pattern.
___ ___ ___
Arjuni uses the term "pattern" to describe a recurring shape naturally formed by a strand or strands of hair.
Straight, or Category 1, hair has no discernible pattern with the occasional exception of a slight bend at the end of the hair.
Wavy, or Category 2, hair that possesses a recurring "S" pattern.
Curly, or Category 3, hair that possesses a recurring "C" pattern.
Patterns can be further differentiated by subcategories. Each subcategory is represented by a letter that immediately follows the category. For example :
Looser wave and curl patterns are represented as letters "a" and "b." Tighter wave and curl patterns are represented as "c" and "d."
Before your appointment, be certain to have both your preferred category and subcategory in mind.
