No refunds. Exchanges only. If you experience a problem with your order, notification must be received by Arjuni within 14 days of your original receipt date. If you fail to provide notice before the expiration of 14 days, the offer to exchange your product shall be null and void. Product must be received by Arjuni within 21 days of your original receipt date. Exchange credits are good for 90 days from the date Arjuni receives your return, provided the product is returned within 21 days of your original receipt date. To qualify for an exchange, product must not have been subject to any chemical or mechanical applications of any kind. Chemical and mechanical applications include, but are not limited to, coloring, perming, blow drying, and/or flat ironing. All returns must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered and accompanied by the original receipt. All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking fee. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges.
To exchange product, you must first request an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN). The EAN number must accompany the unused, uninstalled, unaltered return and your original receipt.
The notification requirement can be satisfied and an EAN obtained by sending an email to our Exchange Department.
Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. Weight and length of product is assessed prior to fabrication.
